Welcome to Ensibuuko Financial Technology Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platforms, services, and applications designed for SACCOs, Microfinance Institutions, and Savings Groups across Africa. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ensibuuko Financial Technology Ltd.
Services Provided
Ensibuuko provides the following services:
User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations
Comply with all financial regulations in your jurisdiction
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Ensibuuko Financial Technology Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ensibuuko Financial Technology Ltd shall not be liable for:
Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of Data: Loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses
Service Interruption: Any interruption or cessation of service transmission
Third-Party Actions: Actions or inactions of third-party service providers
Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may experience:

Scheduled updates and system improvements
Technical Issues
Unforeseen technical difficulties or outages
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for:

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
